Using CircleBackNow Means Accepting These Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire Agreement between CODESYNC INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - FZCO ("CODESYNC INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - FZCO", "we", "us", or "our") and you ("you", "your" or the "User"). These Terms govern your use of the circlebacknow.com website, the CircleBackNow web application, any mobile applications, and/or related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you before making changes and give you an opportunity to review them before they take effect. Once any updated Terms are in effect, your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.

Communications

You agree that we may send you service-related emails and administrative messages. If you represent a company, you agree that we may use your company name or logo in our marketing unless you request in writing that we cease.

Intellectual Property

We claim no ownership over the content you provide through the Service. You acknowledge that we own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all related intellectual property rights. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service.

Use License

We offer free and paid plans with different features. Details are listed on our pricing page. Paid plans grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use additional features for the duration of your subscription.

Accounts and Security

You may use the Service without creating an account, but certain features require registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities under your account. Attempting to access another User's account is prohibited.

If you delete your account, your data will be removed from our active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days, except for a minimal record retained for compliance or transactional history.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to transmit harmful, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content. You are solely responsible for moderating any spaces, rooms, or content you create using the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Payment Terms

Free plans require no payment method. Paid subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds for first-time purchases are available within 30 days; one-time plans may be refunded within 14 days if unused. Chargebacks without valid dispute grounds may result in permanent account termination.

Service Availability

We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance may cause brief downtime.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.

Statute of Limitations

Any claim relating to the Service must be filed within one year of the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. They may not be assigned without our consent.
